The things I liked the most were the ALDI grocery stores, because I never knew they were in Germany too! In Adrian there is an ALDI and it is very similar to how the article describes them -cheap, bulk-type food, and deposited shopping carts.
The article about the Autobahn is interesting too. I've read a bit on it, and have seen a few documentaries about how people drive on the Autobahn, and it is all very interesting to me. A tip that I came across whilst reading about the Autobahn is to listen to Beethoven when you're going 100+mph. What was really interesting about the article is that you could get your car kicked for idling in the street.
