AMD 3 Patrick McTighe

For AMD 3 I decided to watch a couple hockey games with a German broadcast. It was really interesting because I love hockey and hearing the games in German gave it a whole other level. I found it actually easier to understand some of things they were saying because I knew what was going on and I could connect it. For example, every time a player went offsides or was close to offsides the announcer would say "Abseits". I was able to gather the meaning of that word just by hearing it because I knew what was going on. I felt like that was an easier way to learn when I connect it to things that I enjoy.
