AMD 4

For this next AMD I watched the movie Miracle in Bern (Das Wunder von Bern). It was a fantastic movie. I love these type of movies: inspirational sports movies. This movie reminds me of Miracle on Ice about the 1980 United States Men's Ice Hockey team. Miracle in Bern was about the 1954 German national team who shocked the world and won the World Cup in Bern, Switzlerland. I could not follow the German very well. Thank God for subtitles. However, I still was able to follow the plot and knew from what I was seeing what was going on in the movie. It was a well done movie. I recommend it for anyone to watch it. I know there are not many soccer fans in the US but I love soccer and the German national team is my favorite team and Bastian Schweinsteiger is my favorite player. So I had a bias and a motivation to watch and enjoy this movie. However, it should appeal to any sports fan who likes to see Cinderella find her shoe.
